Privacy Policy under the GDPR Regulation (General Data Protection Regulation)

In accordance with the law, this treatment will be based on principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of your privacy and your rights. This privacy policy is given as a brief statement pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and pursuant to Article 13 GDPR 679/ 2016 European Regulation on Privacy, as well as pursuant to Cookie Provision No. 229 of 8 May 2014 to inform visitors of this website (hereafter referred to as website) about the use of data entered and cookies used by the website itself. This information is also provided according to Recommendation no. 2/2001 adopted by the Working Group established by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC. to those who interact with the web services of the website, for personal data protection. By using any of our services and/or by accepting this Policy, for example in connection with registering for one of our services, you consent to the collection and use of Personal Information as described in this Policy.

Please note that this Policy does not apply to the processing of personal information on behalf of and subject to the instructions of third parties, such as other service providers or business partners.

(hereafter referred to as the owner) with headquarters in via Gaio, 27 - 00042 Anzio (RM) - Italy, VAT Number IT14383261006, in quality of holder of the treatment of the data informs you according to the article 13 of the GDPR 2016/679 that your data will be treated with the modalities and for the purposes described below.

Subject-matter of treatment

The owner is responsible for managing, in full compliance with the law, non-sensitive personal identification data (by way of example but not limited to): name, surname, address, telephone, email - hereafter referred to as personal data or just data) during your registration to the website owned by the owner, or following participation in opinion polls and opinion polls, the compilation of registration forms and participation in events organized by the owner, verifications following online requests and through social networks of clarifications or requests for support, or in case of sending newsletters, promotions or updates on the activities of the site.

Purpose of treatment

  • interact with social networks or other external platforms, for example, using "Like" buttons (provided by the external service and for which the privacy settings relating to the service is applied);
  • fulfilling the obligations laid down by law and by Community legislation;
  • fulfilling the obligations provided for by order of the Authorities;
  • fulfill obligations related to the management of the community of users of the website;
  • to satisfy the treatment obligations pertaining to VAT regulations (VAT tax register, etc.);
  • prevent or identify fraudulent activities or abuses to the detriment of the website or the owner;
  • exercise the rights of the owner, for example, to exercise a right in a court of law.

In some cases, the provision of required data is mandatory to access the service, and any refusal to provide such data will result in failure to maintain the services requested.

Other Purposes

Subject to your specific and distinct consent (articles 23 and 130 of the Privacy Code and article 7 of the GDPR), the personal data you provide will be collected for the following other purposes:

  • send you newsletters, opinion polls, invitations to events organized by the owner.

The provision of these data is optional. You may, therefore, decide not to provide any data or to subsequently deny the possibility of processing the information already provided for the Other Purpose. In this case, you may not receive by email newsletters, invitations to events or opinion polls and satisfaction but in any case, you will continue to be entitled to services related to the Purpose of Service.

Modalities of data processing

The processing of your data is carried out through the operations indicated in art. 4 Privacy Code and art. 4 n. 2 of the GDPR, or more precisely: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, data processing.


The owner has taken various security measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or alteration. In particular: it has adopted the measures referred to in Articles 32-34 of the Privacy Code and in Article 32 of the GDPR; it uses data encryption technology according to the most modern standards and uses the protected data transmission protocol (HTTPS).

Access to data

Your personal data may be communicated to:

  • personnel and collaborators of the owner as managers and persons in charge of the processing and management of personal data and the right to privacy;
  • Governative entities in charge of verifications and controls on the regularity of the fulfilments provided for by law;
  • external parties who carry out specific tasks on behalf of the owner in relation to the management of the website, including but not limited to: the provider (hosting) of the website, Cloud service providers, providers of electronic payment services, credit institutions, merchandising providers or other activities related to the website, freight forwarders and carriers.

In any case, it is forbidden to communicate or disseminate personal data to subjects not necessary for the performance of services or products related to the website.

Communication of data

Without your express consent (ex-art. 24 lett. a, b, d of the Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b and c of the GDPR), the owner can communicate your data to supervisory bodies, judicial authorities and to all persons to whom the communication is required by law for the performance of its purposes. Your data will not be disclosed.1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form. The data will never be disclosed for other purposes not previously expressed or indicated in this privacy policy.

Place of data retention

Your rights

As an interested party, you are entitled under Article 7 of the Privacy Code and Article 15 of the GDPR a:

  • obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form;
  • to obtain the indication of:
    • the origin of personal data;
    • the purposes and methods of treatment;
    • the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments;
    • the identification data of the owner, managers and representative appointed pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR;
    • the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representatives or persons in charge;
  • to get:
    • updating, rectifying or supplementing of data;
    • the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
    • certification that the operations indicated in the two previous points have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
  • to oppose in whole or in part:
    • for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
    • to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, in whole or in part.

If applicable, you also have the rights provided for in Articles 16-21 of the GDPR (right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to limit processing, right to data portability, right to object) as well as the right to complain to the Guarantor.


The website and the services of the owner are not intended for children under 16 years, and the owner does not knowingly collect personal information even referred to children under 18 years. In the event that personal data on children under 16 years are involuntarily recorded, the owner will delete them in a timely manner as soon as they become aware and consequently the services associated with them will be discontinued, without prejudice to the possibility of the holder of parental responsibility to authorize the consent to the use of data of the subject under 16 years.

Types of data collected

Among the personal data collected by the website and the owner, independently or through third parties, there are cookies. System and maintenance log
